SALIENT BENEFITS OF ECP
TCP
Trip Interruption Coverage helps you with your hotel, meals, and transportation expenses up to $100 a day or per occurrence if one of the covered components fails when travelling over 80 km from home.
Vehicle Rental Assistance
With the Lexus New Vehicle Warranty, you can access the loaner car program, which provides alternative transportation in certain situations. Along the same lines, ECP offers alternative mobility for up to 5 days. However, if the parts are on back order, you get another 5 days.
Travel Planning Assistance
Get a personalized travel planner complete with colour maps, trip logs, alternate routes, en route entertainment, tour and accommodation directories, notable attractions, and a list of Lexus Dealerships.
Roadside Assistance
The ECP makes provisions to extend your current mechanical breakdown assistance and emergency roadside assistance. It goes from 48 months to the entire length of your contract and for unlimited kilometres. Other services include battery boost, key lockout service, towing, winching from ditch, spare key delivery, and tire change.
Mechanical Protection
Vehicle coverage is extended from 48 months per 80,000 km to the term you select when you get the ECP contract. This includes Powertrain as mentioned in the Lexus Owner’s Manual Supplement.
PLATINUM PLAN
The Platinum Plan offers one of the most comprehensive coverages* for your vehicle and includes at least 17 mechanical groups and more.
